How do I buy items?
Browse the items in the categories listed on the left-hand side of the page, or use the search facility. When you find an item you would like to buy, check the price and then click the Add to Basket button.
You will be redirected to the Paypal secure payment transaction service and asked to confirm the amount to be deducted from your account and enter your credit/debit card account details.
You will receive an email receipt once payment has been made.
Delivery
We deliver to all areas of the UK, please allow 2 weeks for us to prepare your order for you. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £5.95 per order which is added to your order when you check-out. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Delivery is made by Parcel Force or Royal Mail and takes between two and five days from dispatch to delivery.
We can also arrange for delivery world wide, postage charges will apply depending on order weight and size and country delivered to. Please
email us with details of what you would like to order plus the destination and we will send you the total cost including postage, with a link for you to pay online. Delivery is usually within 28 working days when going abroad.
All items are carefully packaged, and may require some assembly, eg vases are generally packed separately to the arrangements so require you to place the arrangement in the vase.
Cancellations and Returns
As all of our products are made to order, it is not generally possible to cancel or return an order. It may be possible to cancel if we have not yet ordered supplies for the order, please contact us to find out. If there is something wrong with your order, please return it and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
